Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure
This page sets out why we process your personal data, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

What we collect
This site has no membership system, payment gateway or user accounts. We process only what you send us:
- Quote form: your name, phone number, subject and message.
- Phone and WhatsApp: the contact details and request content you share when you get in touch.
- Technical logs: the hosting infrastructure may keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to answer your request — preparing a quote, running the production and delivery process, and providing after-sales support. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of the KVKK: processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract. Your data is not added to marketing lists and is never sold.
How the form is delivered
The quote form is not saved to a database. The fields you fill in are delivered as an e-mail to info@batmankonteyner.com through the form delivery service Web3Forms. At that point the privacy policies of Web3Forms and of our e-mail provider also apply. If you prefer not to use the form, you can call us directly.
Transfers
Your data may be shared with the carrier to the extent required for delivery (name, address, phone) and with competent public authorities where legally required. It is not transferred to any other third party.
Retention
If your enquiry does not lead to an order, the contact records are deleted within a reasonable period. If an order is placed, records are kept for the commercial and financial retention periods required by law.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request erasure or destruction,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully.
